Draw From
the Well.

An annual conference that has helped senior pastors, pastoral spouses and church leaders draw again from the source since 2010.

The Conference

Those who pour out must be filled again.

Bishop Douglas launched Draw From the Well in 2010 because he knew what pastors face: personal and institutional pressure, often carried alone. The conference gives leaders practical tools for ministry and a safe place to talk honestly.

Bishop Donald Hilliard Jr. and Overseer Stanley M. Kidd were among the panelists at the first conference. Its purpose has stayed the same since: to inform, impart and inspire pastors and leaders in their work.

A Burden for Men

Calling men to stand in their place.

Bishop Douglas has a particular burden for men. He challenges them to accept their spiritual, family and community responsibilities.

Through men’s conferences, leadership meetings and teaching on spiritual maturity and responsible manhood, he combines biblical instruction with leadership development and personal accountability.

Covenant Covering

Mentorship without control.

Through Covenant Fellowship Alliance, pastors find episcopal relationship, accountability and resources, within a fellowship built on interdependence rather than denominational control.
